Pericallosal Artery Aneurysm
This illustration shows the patient in the surgeons view with the skin incised and retracted. Rainey clips are applied to the skin to decrease bleeding. The craniotomy can be seen in blue with the pericallosal artery aneurysm ghosted in below. MRI data is used to plot the exact position of the aneurysm so the craniotomy can be placed directly above it.
