Corridors of Access for a Craniopharyngioma
This illustration is the first in a series depicting the dissection and removal of a craniopharyngioma. The tumor is first exposed and the corridors identified. The corridors are represented by the green arrows. In the inset, the optic nerve is untethered by cutting the dura on either side allowing for mobilization of the optic nerve and dissection of the tumor.
